It has been some time I have done a quiz here.
So I thought its about time I do one again.
Below is a picture I use for the "Video and Image Share Forum".
So the first member who gives me the "CORRECT" orginal title
of the film this V-Cap was taken from... will win a prize from
G-Man's prize closet of autographed pictures, magazines & comic books
I will give the winner a choice of two or three things to choose from.
Again the first re-ply with the correct original title of the movie wins.
OH!!!!... only one (1) guess per member.

Lady in picture was shot in the head/face.
