Anyone seen this movie?

In the USA it is called Resident Demon and in my country Lich. Trying to source it. The reviews I have found can the acting and storyline, but the plot seems to centre around stabbing fantasies. A clip, which looks like the ending, can be found on Youtube, titled stab 109. Basically want to know if there are more scenes like the one shown.
