In Search of Bluestone!

Yes, I am alive and well and checking in on my laptop.

My main computer crashed while I was halfway through a 10 day shoot. I think the hot ladies who I was shooting with must have overheated my hard disk!!! LOL!

For those familiar with my UK division, I was shooting with the ever gorgeous Krystal Red for 4 days. I was also shooting with Kerie and Lena, two of my regular Bluestone ladies. Finally, three more new ladies were added to the mix. This was the largest shoot ever for Bluestone Video Productions in the way of actual cast and crew, numbering about 15 per day. The results are going to be EPIC!!!!

Just to let you know that I plan to be back on-line and updating my site in the next few days. Then, Bluestone fans will be in for a real treat as we start to kick out some of the most exciting material to date!

For those who are unfamiliar with our UK Division, we have a special Christmas gift and release for you. More will be revealed over the next few weeks, but believe me, you ain't seen nothing yet!

It's good to be back! Cheers!

I hope you got a back-up computer, Blue, even if it is one you have to hand-crank to get started...

My back-up computer is my laptop, but it doesn't have the power and programs that my main computer has. Not to worry though, because the main computer is back and running fine. So, all is well in the Bluestone Mansion once again! :D

There have not been any Bluestone updates for a couple of weeks. I am taking a well-deserved rest, but our Christmas special release is coming soon and it is a blockbuster epic featuring sultry Supernova vs. sexy Dark Wondra in "Supernova 8: Dark Warrior". Are you not familiar with our upgraded Superheroine line of videos? Not to worry, we're going to feature a free one as part of our Christmas gift to all those reading this announcement. More on this closer to Christmas!

Cheers!

A 'Special Christmas Gift', Blue?
Is it our very own personal Dark Wondra play-doll?

That sounds like a great idea. I enjoyed spending time with the life size version in November, and it was a blast. What a gorgeous woman Krystal Red is!

The gift will be one of our most popular videos, so that those who aren't familiar with our awesome superheroine line of videos can enjoy our gorgeous UK women!

Sounds like it was very hard for you during all those gruelling photo-shoots, Blue.

Yes, it was. You don't know just how grueling it is to watch these beautiful women perform in skimpy attire for 11 hours a day... 10 days in a row... It's just so so grueling! ;-)

work, work, work as Mel Brooks is so fond of saying.

Blue have you every thought of using some slow motion in your great work. Like a slomo look at a neck punch and the resulting fall back and slow choke out.

I use slo-mo regularly to show bullet impacts and arrow strikes, but haven't used it for punches. With some rudimentary editing software though, fans could edit their own versions. Check out our "How-To & Tech Questions Forum" and if you don't find answers already posted there, make a post asking about free video-editing software to add slo-mo effects to your favourite productions.

Most video players already let you slow down the action yourself. Simple editors like Windows Moviemaker are easy to use to edit clips and create super slow motion. Personally, I don't like when a slow motion replay is part of a video I paid for, because if I wanted slow motion, I could play it slow. Sorry Blue, but I know your heart is in the right place on that one.

I agree that producers shouldn't add slo-mo in the actual video. I always add it in a slo-mo replay at the end of my shooting videos. So, you see it at regular speed in the video itself. I hope that clarifies this point.

Since the VLC Media Player been out now for some years... I always use it to watch any video,
especially any title form the fine producers that advertise here.
I feel it is the best media player out there at the moment.
Since it is easy to slow down any video I feel it maybe redundant to add slow-mo's at the end.
(Also... VLC lets you switch the LEFT-RIGHT orientation of a video, which I always use to make
sure the body is feet left and head right when dying or dead. )
But as always, there maybe lots of folks out there who like the added slow mo's of the scene(s).
Then again.... also there is the director who sometimes purposely edit a scene in slo-mo for
artistic effect. (Which has been done many times over in Hollywood)
So what the hell am I trying to say
I guess different strokes for different folks. :lol2:
