If I feel one of my production in Nichechips isn`t suitable for people from all areas, can I restaint purchase area/country?

You're asking a lot of questions here that you should be asking the admins/webmasters at the sites themselves. Only they know the answers for sure, because they are the ones who make and change their own policies. So, ask Nicheclips what the capabilities of Nicheclips is. They must have a 'Contact us' link somewhere on their site.
