Tough Quiz

Hi Folks,
Its been a long time I did a quiz.
I will give an original Misty comic book to whom can answer the question below.
Who can name the title to this sexual thriller from the early 90's.
It is known by two titles... either one will do.

It's "A Grande Arte(in English, "High Art"; U.S. title: "Exposure"), a 1991 Brazilian movie.
The actress is Katia Bronstein, this scene happens right at the beginning of the movie.
