Calling all fans! Chokechamber's official site is finally online!
After a brief, but tedious hiatus, the site is available for users to shop in again! However this time, it's better than ever! All current members, your old email and passwords were stored, so no need to re-register. But for new customers, signing up is free and easy! Come check out!

Sorry, but I can't buy anythings in your new website with my credit card, I have an account on your "chokechamber" site since last year and I bought many of your videos, the payment system is fully in Russian language now and I don't know very well this language and they are asking me a mobile phone number ? What is that ?

Thank you for your inquiry. My apologies for any confusion you may have experienced. We have this new system, and are still working through some minor issues. When you clicked "check-out" what did you see? Was it Russian right away, or after you put your credit card information? That should be all in English. If not, I will speak to my webmaster regarding that error. Also, the system asks for a mobile number so they can text you a verification code which you will need to enter after you put in your credit card information. This is just to confirm you are the person authorizing the sale. Your phone number will not be stored or used for any other purpose but to send this SMS.
Please include your country code when inputting your mobile number. Also, in your credit card statement, we will be listed as a "clothing store" to maintain discretion, and privacy.

The payment system is still in Russian language when I checkout the video and I choose "pay with bank card" some are in English in the beginning but the others are in Russian language and I don't know this language to complete the purchase.

Yes, the credit card processor Liqpay is a Russian owned company. That's why some parts are in Russian. However, it's perfectly safe and secure to use. As for your mobile number, they don't use it for any other purpose but to send an 8 digit verification code to prove you're human, and that you are the cardholder making the purchase.
