Movie title?

Saw the end of this movie(typical for me) in 2002 in SE Asia. Had just landed and got into my hotel room. It appeared to be some kind of vampire movie or similar. It featured a vampire mobster gang led by a guy who I thought was George Kennedy or similar looks. They were being fought by a "vampire" chick and her BF. Anyway, near the end she and the GK lookalike were battling on a rooftop. He had her pinned against the stairwell door. She pulled the doorhandle with the stem out and tried to stab him. He blocked this, pulled his gun out, placed the muzzle in the centre of her belly and shot her 3 times. He took off and for the rest of the film she was often seen clutching her belly. The BF killed the GK lookalike with petrol and the couple left to go back to his hotel. Hate when I dont get the title etc.
