I suspect it has to do with context. I can understand that a model might be comfortable with topless/nude in the context of posing and sexual content, but uncomfortable in the death fetish context. In a way, it might be perceived as similar to the difference between consensual sex and rape.
As much as I'd love to see Lynda return to topless, and for Heather, Jenny, and others to do so here, as said, we have to respect their choices and be thankful for the lovely performances they do give us! At least we have three wonderful topless Lynda videos available, and she's gone on to a great legacy of tight garrotes and gorgeous death stares!

OMG! That expression in her eyes and on her lips! It's surprise, denial, fear, and realization all at once! As if her brain is trying to process the reality that her final moments of life have come! Realizing all she is about to lose. Melody is a priceless actress, and that's why there was such support for this project.
