Being quite a simple person by nature, Redeemer, I see no other answer than to return to her in kind what she has given to Others.
The rack sounds quite appropriate....in public, by the way, in front of the entire Kingdom.
That's why I enjoyed so much about our gladiatrix arena fights, in front of a hundred THOUSAND and more in that arena in Rome, because by the end the Vanquished is performing for all those people in her surrender throes.....which enhances the degree of the 'letting go' and 'release of all thought' and simply enjoying the sensations of 'being taken'....of feeling all parts of Woman during a 'strong enough' imagery of there being no choice but to deal with one she is feeling.

I want to see her SCREAMING near the end, the pain is so great. That might even be accompanied by cheers from the multitudes of her former subjects who watch her being brought down; think of the Colisseum in ancient Rome and a couple hundred thousand lusting for her very deserved 'defeat'.
And of course, at least one breast would end up 'bare' by the end, at least, along with at least patches of skin elsewhere.
I do not wish the whip to finish her off, however, just to prepare her emotionally and physically for whatever 'final penetrations' (plural!) the crowd deems appropriate.
My humble first thought suggestion is at least two bullets and at least two impalements by sword, at least one of which would be directly into the underside of one of her breasts.
