Since I was born mid last century... I grew up looking at Sears catalogs and Playboy.
Even though I like nude death scenes... I grew up seeing more cheesecake shots of woman then nude... so I guess I got hung up fantasying in killing some of the hot half undressed woman wearing bras & panties, body briefers, girdles, busters, body stockings, swimsuits, and spandex.

I prefer the victim is strangled with some sort of cord,rope,ribbon,etc. Like most,it helps alot if the victim is attractive and wearing as little as possible (or a tight dress) I also think its hotter if the attacker is another good looking female. Like Sandi I get to rp with my beloved. For me the turn-ons are the same whether I view or do though.
I like powerful glamorous women to meet their doom. Preferably but not always they are evil schemers who lose just when they think they have triumphed. Pussies are for stroking, not blasting! Genteel dribbles too please, not floods of red gore over everything.
I'm not so keen on other methods. I've hung on to my killer as the knife turns my insides to jelly, and I've gasped my life out with my breasts heaving as the poison boils through my blood. I'm less keen on asphyx since it takes away from the glamour. Covered in sweat with hair bedraggled isn't me! I come from a background and an era when dressing up was normal, so I like the victim to be glamorous in power suits - or even better evening wear. The contrast between the symptoms of power and the helplessness is something I find very exciting. Of course when rp is involved the clothes don't always stay on! But I don't find nudity very arousing. It's the seduction and use of the clothes that warms me up ready for the climax. Again I suppose I've been in those circles where glamour helps sell the interests of the UK, which is very much a sort of seduction.
(And don't think it isn't hard work - you try to be glamorous in the monsoon season with hot and cold running cockroaches in the shower! Or in the dust-filled atmiosphere of a desert storm. I think that's why I like to spoil the glamour)

There's always room for variety of course with the innocent victim or whatever. A lot of it is in the plot. I love 'The Tingler' where the plot is ludicrous but her arrogance and outfit and the backing away before the sudden collapse as Vincent Price shoots her I find instantly arousing.

So I suppose anything can work if it's done well. But I'll still write, manip, and Pose my way mostly through glamorous shootings.

And of course sometimes I like to win!

well...ok....sure....what Steph said, too.....LOL. I DO enjoy those roles for the same reasons, Steph, and mostly the same 'imagery' of glamour.....and seduction......and victory turning to sudden defeat. Clothes make moods.....and moods make clothing choices for us, also. So I 'almost always' am also clothed during at least the first stages of RP, yes. I'm 'flexible' for later....lol.

So, that's the reason; although, I won't completely discount the existence of ghosts in the Bluestone mansion. My lady would agree 100% with Sandi. She loves role play navel shooting and to a slightly lesser extent, stabbing.
