She tries to elbow him from behind but has no effect, her eyes bulging as she gasps for air. Eventually her struggles become weaker, her arms start to flail and she finally goes out.

Her arms fall and she appears to be out. Just to make sure the job is done, the assassin sits her down with her legs spread open and he continues the chokehold.
