Check you junk/spam folder. Both SYCC episodes were sent out before the Extra Footage reels.

Sorry. You missed the deadline. So, you did not pre-purchase this awesome package. Those who did have already received their 6 Melody videos! What a deal they got by supporting our latest pre-pay package! Add to this the fact that they received their videos long before we can even sell them publicly, since our new store is still under construction.

Hopefully, it won't be much longer!

I did check my bank, Blue. I did pay for it, twice, and each time my payment swas immediately refunded the same day. Something wrong, somewhere...

I did check my bank, Blue. I did pay for it, twice, and each time my payment swas immediately refunded the same day. Something wrong, somewhere...

Herein, probably lies the problem:

"We are selling only 30 Pre-Pay Packages, so first come, first served!"

If you were not one of the first 30 orders, that's probably why the payments were refunded.
