Nominations can come from anyone -- fans, industry insiders, you name it. You can nominate in a single category or multiple categories, and you can nominate more than one person/film in specific category if you like. Producers, you can nominate other producers' work that you have enjoyed in 2016 in any category (Producers cannot nominate their own work except in one place: the special Producers Choice category, which is there for any and all Producers to spotlight a work of theirs that they feel particularly proud of).
