There hasn't just been no topless demise, there hasn't been a topless Supernova, period. The closest was Superkick, who had a topless death in her first episode.

And they'll probably never will, Supernova to Bluestone Heroines is like what Spiderman is to Marvel, she's the most popular character in the Bluestone Universe no matter who plays her, her videos are brought more than any other heroine - we always try to get the best-looking actress to play her and in order to do that you have to go to glamour model world. What most don't understand is it's one thing to go topless on a still picture but another to do it on video then add to that they are pretending to get killed, well we all know the stigma surrounding that. We do try not to float over the line on that if you know what I mean? We try to make our stuff to be just like a TV show but not go over the line on the kink. But having nudity or topless takes it to slightly over which I'm personly not a fan of, it kind of heads towards porn which is not really what our videos are about. Also, it depends on the actress, Yvonne & Destiny are okay with it, the others not so much, that's the payoff when you hire good looking models. Rape, stripping them of their costume and sucking dicks is not what we do no matter how much you wish it to happen in our videos. Sorry, and before anyone says it, it's really hard to find a good looking model to go topless for these types of videos especially in light of the woman power thing that's happening in the world. I'm all for that don't get me wrong but I wish the road would go both ways, Youtube won't bat an eye if a guy is getting strangled on video but a girl? It's okay for a woman to beat up a guy on video but a man beating up a woman? It's okay now for a woman to give out a sexist remake but if a guy does it... look at Doctor Who, watch this:

Actually quite a few female characters have been well written in DW, properly rounded out rather than just 2D clichés.
A couple even have been quite violent and gun-totting, as per this brutal scene to a defenceless...
