But the doctor doesn't end it yet, as he too has a fantasy to fulfill: he grabs the headless body's feet and starts groping and kissing them, hoping to get over his fantasy as well. In fact, in the reality world the doctor is worshipping Alexia's feet while she is tranced living out her dream.
