The second installment to the Strangle & Bag series. This time Brandy plays the part of the killer's lawyer. She is at home after a long day at the firm. Her office calls to inform her that Brutal Bart has escaped after she failed to get him freed. She is not too worried as she thinks he left the country. After a beautiful extended strip tease and changing scene from Brandy, you see the crazed killer leap out of the shadows wielding one of Brandy's red hair ribbons and straight on top of the poor lawyer. He garrotes Brandy with her own hair ribbon over and over until she loses consciousness and passes out in his arms. After binding her, he decides she must die as his ex did, and slowly smothers her in the same way with a clear plastic bag.
