Trying to find a shooting scene from a german tv series

Years ago, I came accross a video on youtube, showing a scene from a german tv series about a blonde/yellow haired villain shooting a secretary woman with a revolver. The secretary woman was wearing eyeglasses and a white button up shirt, and screamed "nein" before she was shot in the chest and fell down on the floor with the chair she was sitting on. I unfortunately dont have any pictures or anything so I am trying to tell how the scene went down from my memory. Does this ring any bells to anyone who could have seen the same scene at some point, and have any idea what series it could be from? The scene happened in some sort of an office and the blonde haired dude shot a man before he shot the secretary woman who was screaming and did not shut up despite him aiming the revolver at her.
