If you haven't already learned-- The Legend of the Seeker was a TV series that lasted about two seasons. A Sword and Sorcery type of story. A deposed prince and his two female companions, one with magic powers, the other a former Mord Sith, plus a Sorcerer go on various quests as they try to solve a larger mystery and fulfill prophecy.
There is main bad guy who appears in several episodes.
But there are also two main groups of female bad girls:
The Mord Sith, as shown in the video you posted.
The Sisters of the Dark.

With these two groups of villainess females, more than the usual amount of females get killed in this series.
