Well it's basic scene. Three sexy women hung one by one by a evil killer. It's eye candy. Nata being hung nude was the hottest thing to see. The killer you see in a robe. Looks like a executioner but it's not said if the three women have broken any laws though. Makes him look both mysterious and evil. It's a cgi created looking basement. Dim lighting. Helps set the tone of the scene. I wish there was a body pile shown at the end. I give this clip a rating of two pantyhose and a stocking. This is evil geek signing off.
