It doesn't take any kind of computer genius to create these effects plus dozens more using the free photo editors Picasa 3.8 and Photoscape 3.5. (See the previous post, "Photo Editors") Play with these excellent programs. Become familiar with their features, and don't be afraid to make lots of mistakes. Your precious originals will remain untouched. Above all, have fun.
