There are at least a few, if not more, of those scenarios throughout the "Friday the 13th" series of movies. Also, Olaf has featured a LOT of impalings in his many movies available at https://www.amazon-warriors.com/. I don't know how many are "double" impalings, surely not a huge number, but amongst the producers who frequent this forum, he is likely the king in that department.
There are certainly many, many deaths by spear amongst his massive catalogue of films on his site. Here's a double from "An Amazon's Nightmare 3."

I'm not sure if this is of interest to you, but another one of his classic moves featured in MANY of his films is the old "iron gate surprise," pictured here in the film "Dance of Death" :

Several years ago there was a farcical slasher movie called: 'Pandemonium.' Early in the movie, ( I am told,) somebody throws a javelin and impales all the cheerleaders. Sort of a human shish-ka-bob.
I did catch this movie on late night TV one time, but by the time I found the movie and started watching, this scene had long since passed.

Oh yeah, I remember this one. It's a comedy with Tom Smothers from 1982, and that scene is right in the beginning.

SPOILERS!!!
If you know the famous opera Carmen, you know that Carmen dies in the end.
The same with Benny Hill's version.
(If you don't know who Benny Hill is/was; then you've been culturally deprived!)
Carmen is stabbed in the back by her spurned lover; as he embraces her. But since he is using a sword, things go wrong.
Fast-forward to the end if you don't want to see the whole spoof.
