Nice Scene Up!!! (but need help)

Hi Folks
Just posted a sweet "I The Jury" type scene!
On the Video and Image Share Forum

However, I was only able to find out the title "Los Perros Del Diabloand" and name of the victim (Edna Bolkan).
Can anyone let me know the year and the video's synopsis
