I agree with a lot of what's been said above, particularly with falleen's comment. I like quality, but is mostly about acting and the attractiveness of the actors. After a point, sound and lighting don't make that much difference to me. Like, the quality of Chris's, John's, and old PST stuff is great to me, and all I need for my fix.
I'm a strangling fan, so special effects in a video are unnecessary to me, at least anything above sweat and ligature marks, I really don't like superhero stuff, even mainstream superhero movies, so I really only have bought your sexy spy movies, and many of the old uksg vids. I like f/f stuff the best too, so was disappointed to hear you wouldn't be doing anymore of that. In any case, I'd rather see my boxes ticked more often at lower quality than once every few long years at excellent quality.
Even though I haven't bought any bluestone stuff for a few years since you've focused on superhero stuff, I'd hate to see it go away since it contributes to our community, makes it more vibrant, and gives everyone a distinct non hardcore option. There's got to be a happier medium between "good enough" quality and bluestone not being out so much on each production.

Re: Is Quality Important to You?
Quality is always very important. A video should be well made, well acted, and well planned. Also very important is realism. A video should seem as if it is actually happening even though we know that it is all fake. Realism is fine but real is not. I have always liked Wonder Woman starring Lynda Carter because she is beautiful, has a terrific figure, and her costume is sensational. She is strictly a sexual thing and has nothing to do with a fetish for killings. For that I prefer beautiful actresses, with great figures, well dressed in classy feminine clothing or lingerie or naked. The killing scenes must look real, as if they are actually happening. The reactions of the victims must look authentic. I prefer shootings, and bullet wounds must look real and there must be plenty of blood that does not look like ketchup. For me, if the eyes are open she is alive. If the eyes are shut she is dead. She should not get shot and say ouch or why did you shoot me. I like the pretty victim to be shot many times, shot in special places like breasts, stomach, or crotch, and shot with the gun touching her body. Again, quality is important but realism is much more important for me.

Have you seen the porn spoof movie starring Kimberley Kane as Wonder Woman, Arthur? I have both versions in my library, the '18' version and the 'xxx' version. She is very, very good in this, probably the best portrayal of the character I have ever seen outside of the comics. And it is in a porn-spoof made by Axel Braun! Yet his devotion to quality and spoofing the comic book character is so careful and meticulous that everyone who's seen it agrees that she is far better than any depiction of WW up until now (with the possible exception of Gal Gadot, I know a lot of people like her)

More films like that would have me hooked...Just say'in.... :) (Throw in multigirl stranglings and I would probably wash your car weekly too)Bluestone wrote:What about when they're in civilian garb being attacked, such as in this scene from "Dark Wondra: Power Drain"? In fact, in "Darkwing: Civilian Guise" she fights and dies totally in her civilian clothes! Blueleone wrote:I'll second that. If you had the same insanely attractive actresses in different scenarios, it might have broader appeal beyond the superhero crowd.
